NFOSiGW, the Polish National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, together with KAPE and consortium partners have developed and launched the financing scheme under the title ‘Renowacja z gwarancją oszczędności EPC Plus’. It is aimed to support multi-family building renovations through energy performance contracts, to increase the level of energy savings and to limit the burden of getting financing for new projects, especially for smaller ESCOs. The FinEERGo-Dom project builds on the structure of the successful LABEEF facility (Latvian Baltic Energy Efficiency Facility).
