Emily joined the team in September 2021 as an Energy Engineer. She holds an BEng (Honours) in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.  Before moving to Ireland, she worked in energy efficiency and renewable energy engineering in Australia. In her previous position Emily played a major role in a team delivering an Energy Performance Contract, as well as other projects including energy audits, Solar PV design and building services design for large commercial and public sector clients. She is also a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) and a Certified Energy Manager In Training (CEM-IT). Emily's role in Codema is to support the Project Implementation Unit in the creation of a 'one-stop shop' which aims to develop a structured approach to accelerate the formation of large-scale energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for the Horizon2020 Project DeliveREE.
