DOMUS is a customer-oriented Integrated Home Renovation Programme to boost energy efficiency and renewal energy of the housing stock.

The program creates a new player in the building energy renovation sector that unlocks the main barriers through an effective customer outreach strategy based on Social Marketing combined with 360º personalized assistance transforming the building renovation in a simple, affordable and quality assured process.

DOMUS has developed an innovative platform that digitalizes and improves the program operation efficiency and interaction between all actors involved within the renovation process DOMUS program was awarded by Catalan Municipalities Association as the best climate action 2021 and it’s currently being designed, deployed and/or operated by more than 25 Spanish municipalities and regional authorities
