Guillaume Dewispelaere (Eng., MBA) is External Program Manager at SIBELGA. SIBELGA is the intermunicipal company that manages the gas & electricity networks in the Brussels-Capital Region and that provides municipalities with shared services for their energy efficiency projects. Guillaume was the independent expert from MAKEDA CONSULTING hired by SIBELGA to develop the EUCF Investment Concept D-CLICK BRUSSELS in 2021, with Schaerbeek and the 18 other municipalities of Brussels. He is now in charge of implementing the IC through the ambitious RENOCLICK regional renovation program for public buildings. Guillaume has held various engineering and management positions for nearly 20 years, in the energy and construction sectors. For more than 12 years, he has been assisting companies and institutions in obtaining subsidies at regional, federal and European levels.
