Jean-François is Partner and Senior Business Consultant at Energinvest and Business manager of Belesco (Belgian ESCO association).

He has a strong expertise in the field of market and strategic studies, as well as in ESCO’s/TPF’s scheme development for public and private players and EPC project facilitation.

As EPC project facilitator, he has managed various EPC projects amongst which the Fedimmo federal Project, the Fedasil federal Project, the Province of Brabant Walloon Project.

As public ESCO expert, he has managed the Knowledgecenter, the Belgian competence centre for Energy Services and Third Party Financing that offers EPC/EPPP/TPI consulting and facilitation services to local public authorities.
