After having worked 15 years for Energy Services Companies, Mr. Mathieu Hallot is since 2017 an engineer at the European Investment Bank in the Energy Efficiency and Advisory division. In the Project directorate, he is in charge of appraising and monitoring projects, assessing their economic, financial and technical sustainability. As ELENA project manager, he also supported and monitored the INDDHEAT programme.
