Rogelio works at the international and European affairs division, creating strong ties between the municipalities and other European Regions and supporting the feedback loop of energy and environmental policies at EU level. He has been involved in BAPAURA from the writing of the project proposal, excited to share its progress at the Covenant of Mayors Forum.
