Clara Lassarat is engineer in charge of sustainable energy development for Le Havre Seine Métropole which is a consortium of 54 municipalities around Le Havre city, in France.

Responsible for various projects such as photovoltaic, methanization, heat networks and hydrogen. She worked on the EUCF investment concept in 2022 to develop massively photovoltaic installation on public patrimony.
