Thélème began his studies by graduating in both sociology and geography. Convinced that urban planification cannot be thought without sociology and ecology, he always seeked to combine these 3 disciplines.

He obtained a first Master's degree in Sustainable cities in 2012 (Toulouse) and another Master in Ecology and country planning in 2015 (Paris).

After his studies and an internship in the French Agency for Development (AFD) headquarters in Paris, he went in Mexico to work as an International Volonteer, as environmental project coordinator for the AFD.

In 2018 he decided to come back and work for his hometown: Toulouse. The last 4 years he has been working in Toulouse Metropole on the Grand Parc Garonne project, for the renaturation of the Ramier island.
